Using the Sense Pro app, installers of Sense receive guided installation instructions and feedback during the installation process to ensure proper installation.The Sense Pro app allows the installer to:- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in real time.- Install a Sense monitor without requiring the homeowner to be available.- Automatically associate an installed monitor to their monitor fleet.- Verify installation details including: solar setup, Wi-Fi connectivity, sensor voltage, and proper wiring.Note: The Sense Pro app is for Sense Pro installers only and can only be used by approved Sense partners.Customer Support Email: [email protected]
